چکیده

N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine and phthalates are well known compounds, synthesized in chemical industry. These chemicals to be toxic for living organisms. At the same time was found plants, were both plants bacteria. Currently, there no data scientific literature about synthesis of plant cells. Previously, we have established presence these compounds root tissues exudates legumes. The aim this study find ability Pisum sativum L. utilize naphthalene as a precursor phthalates. As an object study, roots etiolated pea seedlings, grown with 10-4 M 24 h, used. Roots seedlings on water used control. Extracts, containing aromatic obtained by successive extraction 80% ethanol ethyl acetate from fixated 95% ethanol. Using HPLC concentrations N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine, diethyl-, dibutyl- bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalates estimated. To confirm extracts, standard samples corresponding Significant increases solution (compared control plants), shown that cells seem use compound necessary metabolite biosynthesis mentioned above.

Pea (Pisum sativum L.) Growth Mutants

This review is devoted to the Pisum sativum L. growth mutants. These mutants are presented by several groups of plants. The first group is characterized by short internodes (dwarf mutants le, na, lk, la, lh, ls) or by elongated internodes (slender mutant sln). The stem growth of mutants of both types (dwarf and slender) is controlled by hormones (GA and IAA) in the stem or in seeds. Mutants cha...

Preservative potential of cumin essential oil for Pisum sativum L. during storage

The samples of stored seeds of pea (Pisum sativum L.) were collected from 30 farmer markets. The mycobiota analysis showed presence of 15 fungal species and one species of insect Callosobruchus chinensis. The fungi such as Aspergillus flavus, A. niger, A. ochraceous, A. terreus were found to be dominant based on percent frequency of each in blotter method in unsterilized and sterilized seeds 18...

Synthesis and Interconversion of Amino Acids in Developing Cotyledons of Pea (Pisum sativum L.).

Freshly isolated cotyledons from 10-day developing pea (Pisum sativum) seeds were fed radiolabeled precursors for 5 hours, and the specific radioactivity of the free and total protein amino acids was determined using a dansylation procedure. When the seven most abundant amino acids in phloem exudate of pea fruits (asparagine, serine, glutamine, homoserine, alanine, aspartate, glycine) were fed ...

Genetic Regulation of Flowering in Grafts on Pisum sativum L.

Lf, E, Sn, and Hr are major loci that condition the flowering and photoperiod responses of Pisum sativum L. Genetic lines containing the dominant alleles of these loci are characterized by flowering in long days, but having a prolonged (>50 node) vegetative phase in short days. A representative of this class, response type G, was used as a receptor in short days for donors of other flowering re...
